Council's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (Goods) and Terms and Conditions (Works) generally apply to Council contracts up to the value of $10,000.

For contracts of a higher value, more extensive terms and conditions are likely to apply.

Contractors are welcome to register their services with Council. A schedule of fees and charges is to be submitted with details of insurance and compliance with Occupational Health Safety and Welfare legislation in line with the attached 'Registration of Interest for Contractural Services'.

Contractors are advised that inclusion on the register does not infer a recommendation for the contractor or services provided, only that sufficient information relating to insurance and OHS&W has been provided.
